Map Update 2


Visual

  • Objects displaced by terrain adjustments in the previous update have been fixed
  • Water issues caused by terrain adjustments to the beach in the previous update have been fixed

Items

  • Certain items have been adjusted to create more variety and to account for certain enemies dropping specific special weapons.
  • The LMG pickup now has the correct ammo type beside it
  • The Heavy Gunner AI are one of the more challenging aspects of the map. Armor piercing ammo has been added to the map.

Misc.

  • The prisoners have been more thoroughly imprisoned
  • A chain reaction explosion set piece scripted to create a cinematic destruction of part of the environment turned out to be unfun because it could be triggered by a stray bullet from the AI, resulting in the player dying instantly with no defense. That’s just bad game design. Sorry to anyone who experienced this.
