0.2.6 Update


0.2.6 Changes

This is just another quick update to address the issues that came up from more playtest footage.

  • Fattened up several key platforms in the level
  • Added platform above pipe jump to prevent damage. This should be the last remaining forced fall damage on the golden path. If you take fall damage at any time now it’s your own fault. Watch your step.
  • Added Left-Click to throw nag to the brick throwing introduction location
  • Added money to the brick throwing introduction encounter to lure the player
  • Added reminder nag that player can also hold space to mantle for more precision
  • Re-aligned a jump in the shadowed area of the surface to be more square to the ledge
  • Added a missing terrain mantle in the shadowed area of surface
  • Slightly adjusted the platform and pipe positions in the climb to Station A4
  • Removed dynamic physics from a couple of toppled items that no longer needed it
  • Adjusted roof access corridor so players no longer have to crouch to enter.
  • Adjusted lighting near roof access door
  • Changed the material of the simulation room cubes. No more hologram like transparency. Function over form is required here to make the puzzle less frustrating. Use your imagination.
  • Sim room will no longer torture players that deviate from the golden path collectible order.
  • Vending machine will no longer allow you to spend money when it has run out of product.
  • You can now press escape to exit a readable.
